Maintaining and protecting your health is my top priority. Exercise is a crucial piece of maximizing your health. The foundation of any effective exercise program is resistance training. Good thing for YOU that I LOVE moving heavy weights around. (This is me celebrating 1st place in the NYS Bench Press Competition.) The visceral love I have for weight lifting enables me to effectively teach my clients this most fundamental discipline of any well designed training program. Resistance training, by the way, doesn't have to be heavy to be effective. There are many variables to designing a program.
